The Rural Housing Coalition has partnered with Paylocity to provide members with comprehensive Payroll and HR solutions. RHC members will get a 50% discount off of set-up fee and 20% discount off of monthly fees. Tenant Screening Services

RHC has partnered with RentPrep, based in Lancaster, NY, to provide a comprehensive array of tenant screening services including criminal background checks and credit reports. RHC members can receive a Nationwide Criminal with Sex Offender & Bankruptcies Judgements & Liens search for $19.95.  Once your information has been submitted a representative from RentPrep will contact you with a username and password and instructions on how to place your first order. Property/Liability Insurance

RHC has partnered with Arthur J. Gallagher to develop a Property & Casualty insurance program for the Coalition’s members. The partnership will look to enhance current individual insurance programs while exploring the potential for group programs. Voluntary Dental and Vision Insurance

RHC has partnered with Gallagher to offer voluntary dental and vision insurance to our members. Members can choose from a variety of coverage options that fit your needs and budget.
