Tenant Screening Services

RHC has partnered with RentPrep, based in Lancaster, NY, to provide a comprehensive array of tenant screening services including criminal background checks and credit reports. RHC members will receive 20% off the list price of any service purchased via this link. Just use this code: RHC20

Property/Liability Insurance

RHC has partnered with Arthur J. Gallagher to develop a Property & Casualty insurance program for the Coalition’s members. The partnership will look to enhance current individual insurance programs while exploring the potential for group programs. Gallagher provides tailored and comprehensive insurance solutions and strategies to help clients reduce their total cost of risk. Employee Retention Credit

RHC has partnered with EFPR Group (our auditors) to provide a free consultation on whether your RPC qualifies for the Employee Retention Credit that can provide between $5,000-$7,000 per employee in a refundable tax credit. Voluntary Dental and Vision Insurance

RHC has partnered with LIG Solutions to offer voluntary dental and vision insurance to our members. Members can choose from a variety of coverage options that fit your needs and budget. Members are billed directly for their coverage.
